Hi, I am a mechanical engineer right now working on project G+1 office and warehouse for a pharmaceutical company. There is a small battery charging room in office area of 783sqft and 25ft height. And as per ASHRAE, 1 cfm per Ampere or 6 ACH of Ventilation should be considered for battery charging room. Does this mean that 6 times the entire air in the room should be replaced with fresh air in 1 hour. If so, then battery charging room should be conditioned at 76F or not. Please note that the project is in middle east(dubai) & outdoor temperature is as high as 115F with DBT 85F & RH ranging from 30% to 90% throughout the year. Also the summer continuous for 8 long months in a year.

I am not much aware of the heat in battery charging room.
In Dubai temperature kevel is too high and people should be stay in the air conditioned room.
I hope that it should be more cool in the battery charging room, you better en quire this issue with a professional technician.
