I am on OSX 10.5.8 and with latest JAVA. This morning when I open a finished job, I can not see the structure but I can open the raw out file and read it. While trying to build a molecule, the graphical features are off! Looks like : http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/99/picture1no.png/

Ha, I didn't see this post. You probably resolved the issue, but anyway, this kind of a problem is usually due to the Java version. I frequently have it on Linux. Sometimes I have to get the Sun Java platform, though I think last time OpenJDK worked too.
